Experiencing a problem with the Sock Assist app?
1. Visit the App Store
2. Search for ‘Sock Assist’ to locate the app
3. Click on the Sock Assist app, scroll to the bottom of the ‘Info’ screen and select ‘Report a Problem’
4. Choose an issue from the list provided and add a comment explaining the issue, then press ‘Report’
5. Enter your iTunes password to complete the process
